Pittsburgh Pirates @ Milwaukee Brewers (2)

The Sunday game was my first day game. Fortunately, section 217 is in the shade of the stands, so I wasn't sitting out in the sun - until the 4th inning when the sun started shining through the windows at the back of the stands for an inning or two!
I didn't see very many Rickie Weeks jerseys in the crowd, nor any other player former or current. They were all vastly outnumbered by last year's National League Most Valuable Player. I think it's safe to say that Ryan Braun is the guy in Milwaukee.
Whilst yesterday's game was about eking out a run, today's was a home run derby. Ryan Braun was in the thick of it from the start with a three-run home run to cap the first inning to take a 3-1 lead. The Pirates got one back in the 2nd only for the Brewers to score another 3 to make it 6-2. Both teams scored twice in the third, but Pittsburgh failed to score in its half of the 4th inning, whilst Milwaukee added on another 3., including a home run by the pitcher Gallardo. Unfortunately for him, he just wasn't able to finish off the Pirates in the 5th inning, so left with a big lead but unable to qualify for the win.
